WatchLooks like the NGN Network managed to raise $20,000! I’m looking forward to some hi-def college Ultimate. In the meantime, here’s the top 10 plays from the Nexgen tour they posted.

2011 in tournaments
Halfway through last year, some teammates of mine noticed I was going to a lot of tournaments (ie: everything I could possibly sign up to) and they mentioned that the most tournaments they’d gone to in one year was 18. Same here, it’s easily the most repeated post on the frisbee tag… and it’s not even funny. Thankfully, it’s showing up less and less lately. Just like that annoying “I was wondering why that frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me” joke…

that I really enjoy following, so I’m gonna work on that. It may take a while for it to get started up, but I’m really gonna work on promoting Ultimate to get it to be a more well-known sport.

As a result of continuing technical difficulties, we have opted to release the NexGen vs Sockeye game free of charge on vimeo.
Nexgen has released the second video of their tour, against Sockeye free of charge on Vimeo. Bonus tracks: post-game interview with Tyler Kinley (Sockeye), and game summary.
